The Desktop Health Einstein Pro XL Dental 3D Printer improves overall efficiency and turnaround time with Einstein Pro XL's reliability and low-cost per print, high-accuracy models, night guards, restorations, dentures, custom trays, and more. Based on 20+ years of R&D from industry leaders in 3D printing technologies, Desktop Health’s Einstein Pro XL dental printer delivers high accuracy and high throughput, consistently, to keep your large-scale production on schedule.
Desktop Health Einstein Pro XL Dental 3D Printer
The Desktop Health Einstein Pro XL Dental 3D Printer is a DLP-based polymer printing system that uses a 4K ultra high-definition projector to deliver precision printing of 45 micron in X and Y across a large build area of 9.8 x 5.5 x 6.5 in (249.1 x 140.1 x 165.1 mm). This high-speed printer features proprietary Hyperprint technology that turbocharges print times with strategically applied heat and a closed-loop sensing system, in addition to other enhancements.
Desktop Health Einstein Pro XL Live Build DLP
As a critical intermediary between the digital design and the printer, Live Build DLP (previously known as Envision One RP) ensures that all files are ready for the printing process. Before transferring to the printers, all files must pass through this software. Live Build DLP offers a range of functionalities that streamline the pre-printing preparation. Once the models are loaded into the software, they undergo automatic fixing, orientation, and support generation. This ensures that the models are optimized for successful printing, minimizing the chances of errors or failures during the process. After the models have been processed in Live Build DLP, they are ready to be transferred to the printers. This transfer is done in the form of a folder containing a series of images and files. These files carry the necessary information that the printer needs to build three-dimensional models accurately.
Desktop Health Einstein Pro XL Wash and Cure
This advanced UV LED curing system ensures deep and surface-level hardening for DLP and cDLM 3D-printed parts. With 360° irradiation, controlled heating, and dual-wavelength UV LEDs (385nm & 405nm), you get stronger, smoother, and longer-lasting prints—every time.
Designed for dental labs, medical facilities, and industrial applications, the PCA 2000 automates post-processing, eliminating guesswork and improving efficiency. Touchscreen controls, customizable settings, and WiFi connectivity make it easy to fine-tune your workflow.
Desktop Health Einstein Pro XL High Resolution Printing with Custom Designed Optics
Harnessing the power of an industrial grade DLP® chip allows for higher contrast that results in finer detail parts.
Our optics are designed from the ground up to reduce image distortion and ensure the maximum amount of energy is transferred from the LED light source for:
- Exceptionally precise curing
- Resulting in finer detail parts

Desktop Health Einstein Pro XL Premium Materials
The full family of Flexcera materials — including Flexcera Base, Flexcera Smile and Flexcera Smile Ultra+2 — are qualified on the Einstein Pro XL to print temporary and permanent restorations. An FDA 510(k) cleared Class II material, Flexcera Smile Ultra+ prints strong and beautiful temporary and permanent dental restorations, including veneers, crowns, bridges, and dentures.
Model materials, such as longtime favorite E-Model Light and Model Z for speed, can produce accurate full arch models quickly for the final creation of thermoformed orthodontic aligners or fitting of crowns, bridges and more.
Desktop Health Einstein Pro XL DLP Printing
The Einstein Pro XL is a DLP printing system, a form of 3D printing photopolymers that originated in 2002 with the EnvisionTEC Perfactory series, the base platform for the Einstein Pro XL. The Einstein Pro XL features a 4K UHD projector powered by an industrial DLP chip below the print vat. Dual linear slides for the moving build plate ensure a high accuracy print across the entire print bed by maintaining a parallel build environment. Depending on the material being processed, layer thicknesses down to 25 micron can be achieved. Custom optics and NanoFit 385, a custom wavelength for superior curing, are just some of the upgrades offered in this new system. Desktop Metal acquired EnvisionTEC and its DLP technology in 2021.
Desktop Health Einstein Pro XL Exceptional Speed with HyperPrint™ Technology
The Einstein Pro XL utilizes cutting-edge HyperPrint™ technology, allowing you to produce up to 330 crowns in just 30 minutes or 30 full-arch dental models in about an hour. This technology combines controlled heating and a closed-loop feedback system to drastically reduce print times without compromising quality.
